Conditions for Returns

Non-Returnable Items: Underwear, swimwear, pierced jewellery (hygiene reasons), personalised items, final sale items, gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email info@ladylys.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Pack items securely and send to the address provided
  4. Use a tracked shipping service — LADYLYS is not responsible for items lost in return transit

Return Shipping Costs

Refunds Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Defective or Incorrect Items Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ladylys.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos.
