Our goal is to deliver within the timeframes mentioned above; however, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to the local holidays of the carriers.

RETURN - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In accordance with applicable legal provisions, for purchases made online on the Site, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the ordered product(s) to exercise, with Matutina-Chic.com , your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay a penalty. If the deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the next working day.

In the case of an order containing several products, this 14-day period begins from the receipt of the last product.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the aforementioned period, only the price of the Product(s) purchased and the shipping costs will be refunded, the return costs remaining the responsibility of the customer.

Returns must be made in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) in packaging identical to that used for shipping, allowing for their resale.

Returns must also be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as a copy of the invoice or delivery note, for optimized processing.

In accordance with current regulations (article L221-28 consumer law), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

The Customer exercises their right of withdrawal directly with Matutina-chic.com using the standard withdrawal form accessible on the Site and also as an attachment in the order confirmation email.

He can also exercise his right of withdrawal by indicating, by email to info@matutina-chic.com, the subject of his request, his first and last name, his order number, his address and the date of his order, expressing his wish to withdraw without any ambiguity.

Once the form or withdrawal declaration has been sent to Matutina-Chic.com , the Customer must return a tracking number and the Product(s) to Matutina-Chic.com within a reasonable timeframe and, at the latest, within 14 days of the Client's decision to withdraw.

Matutina-Chic.com will refund all sums paid, including delivery charges, no later than 14 days from the date on which the right was exercised, using the same payment method as the order. This refund date may be deferred until the product is received.
