1. General Information

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)
3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- The item must have all original tags attached
- The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible
- Sale items and personalised/custom items are not eligible for return unless defective
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at info@ladylys.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Pack the item(s) securely and send them to the address provided
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service — LADYLYS is not responsible for items lost in return transit
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or incorrect items: return shipping costs are covered by LADYLYS
- Change of mind returns: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
7. Refunds
- Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item
