All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel directly on the carrier's website.

If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at info@ladylys.com.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped within the EU, no customs duties apply.

For international orders (outside the EU), your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

LADYLYS is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.


7. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and the item(s)
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ladylys.com
  3. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund where applicable

If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@ladylys.com after the estimated delivery window has passed. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.


9. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. LADYLYS cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at info@ladylys.com. We will do our best to update it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
